Kuldiga is a medieval town in West Latvia, former capital of the Duchy of Courland, famous for 240-meter wide waterfall (ho, the widest in Europe), vibrant cultural festivals and developed underground music scene - in receant years NEKAC, established by friends in spirit and in music, turned Kuldiga to capital of non commercial culture of Latvia.
