a free forum dedicated to intellectual rock will be held before the concert. the forum event starts at 4 pm and lasts no longer than 3 hours. it takes place at the estonian academy of music and theatre. bell orchestrants will talk a talking. the other speakers are andres lõo (recycling in electronical music), ingrid kohtla (estonian underground scenes), the composer erkki-sven tüür (influences from his progressive rock period) and urmo mets (young post-rock guy and poet). the moderator mihkel raud is somewhat legendary guy himself, a music journalist and musician who has been a judge in estonian "pop idol" for two years now.
